The process involved in making an insurance claim varies depending on the type of claim.

Please contact us on 1300 366 216 as soon as you know that you intend to claim, so we can talk you through the correct process. Notifying us straightaway will help minimise delays and complications.

While benefits are not payable during waiting periods, we may still be able to begin the assessment of your claim. (Waiting periods do not apply to death benefit or terminal illness claims.) 

You don't necessarily need to engage in advice from a legal professional to make a claim: VicSuper works hard with our Insurer to ensure the best possible outcome for the member is achieved, as quickly as possible.
