I don’t remember my member number or password for MembersOnline
You can select ‘Retrieve’ or ‘Forgot Password’ in the app to retrieve your details.
Alternatively, you can call our Member Centre on 1300 366 216 (8.30am - 5.00pm Monday to Friday excluding public holidays) and request your member number or password over the phone.

Can I still login to MembersOnline?
Yes, using the VicSuper mobile app will not prevent you from logging in to MembersOnline.
