There are three payment options available within our new clearing house service.
This is our preferred payment option. It allows the exact value of your contribution file to be debited from your account, and the matching payment reference applied. This will reduce manual work for you and increase straight through processing.
It is important to note that the details of the Direct Credit bank account you pay into will change. Please ensure your payment system is updated with the new details provided at the end of your first submission.
Clearing house users will currently be making two payments, one to VicSuper and one to Westpac. You will now only be required to make one payment to PayClear.
If you wish to continue to use our BPAY payment option, it’s important that you note that with the change from VicSuper’s EmployersOnline to Aware Super’s clearing house there will be a change in payment details.
Please ensure that you update your payment system with the new BPAY details (provided at the end of your first submission) and delete the previous details to ensure no further payments are made to this account.
