Use VicSuper's Clearing House to submit super contributions for all of your employees, regardless of their fund.

Note: The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) also offers a clearing house for businesses with less than $2.5 million in turnover per year. For more information on this service contact the ATO.

Icon for credit card User-initiated direct debit

Available only to VicSuper participating employers using VicSuper EmployersOnline, user-initiated direct debit lets you control the date and amount of the payment.

Login to VicSuper EmployersOnline to register your account and submit your contribution details.

We will then debit your bank account for the total amount of your contributions on the next business day.

Make a single BPAY payment for all of your employees who are VicSuper members.

Login to VicSuper EmployersOnline to obtain your single BPAY biller code and reference number.

You can then make your payment in the same way you would make any other BPAY payment.

For more information regarding how to make a payment by EFT, please contact your account consultant.

Under the SuperStream changes, cheques are slowly being phased out. While VicSuper will continue to accept cheque payments until 30 June 2017, we strongly recommend payments via EFT or direct debit.

When paying contributions on behalf of one or more employees via cheque, you must provide VicSuper with the following details:

 
Employer details

  • Employer name
  • Contact name
  • Address
  • Phone number

 
Employee details

  • Given name
  • Surname
  • VicSuper member number
  • TFN (if available)
  • Employee or payroll number
  • Date of birth

Contribution details

  • Contribution period (start and end date)
  • Contribution amount by type (ie SG, member post-tax, salary sacrifice etc)

How to supply your contribution details

This applies to all of the above payment options except the small business superannuation clearing house.

  • Complete an Advise VicSuper of contributions and new VicSuper members form and post this along with a cheque (made payable to VicSuper) to VicSuper at GPO Box 89, Melbourne Vic 3001. You can also request a copy of the form by calling our Member Centre on 1300 366 216.
  • Supply us with your own listing or electronic data file incorporating the above details. Just email or post it to

  • Use the contribution processing facility on VicSuper EmployersOnline (only available to VicSuper participating employers).

For files containing multiple employees, please include the total amount for the contributions listed.
