Make payments

Making your employee super contributions is easy. We have a range of payment options to choose from.

Payment options

Clearing house
Use VicSuper's Clearing House to submit super contributions for all of your employees, regardless of their fund.

Note: The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) also offers a clearing house for businesses with less than $2.5 million in turnover per year.

For more information on this service contact the ATO.
User-initiated direct debit
Available only to VicSuper participating employers using VicSuper EmployersOnline, user-initiated direct debit lets you control the date and amount of the payment.

Login to VicSuper EmployersOnline to register your account and submit your contribution details.

We will then debit your bank account for the total amount of your contributions on the next business day.
BPAY
Make a single BPAY payment for all of your employees who are VicSuper members.

Login to VicSuper EmployersOnline to obtain your single BPAY biller code and reference number.

You can then make your payment in the same way you would make any other BPAY payment

Under the SuperStream changes, cheques are slowly being phased out. While VicSuper will continue to accept cheque payments until 30 June 2017, we strongly recommend payments via EFT or direct debit. • Surname
  • VicSuper member number
  • TFN (if available)
  • Employee or payroll number
  • Date of birth
Contribution details
  • Contribution period (start and end date)
  • Contribution amount by type (ie SG, member post-tax, salary sacrifice etc)

How to supply your contribution details

This applies to all of the above payment options except the small business superannuation clearing house.

  • Supply us with your own listing or electronic data file incorporating the above details. Just email or post it to

    VicSuper,
    GPO Box 89,

  • Use the contribution processing facility on VicSuper EmployersOnline (only available to VicSuper participating employers).

For files containing multiple employees, please include the total amount for the contributions listed.
