Accessing member information

If you would like to send through your client’s Letter of Authority (LOA) email:

You can use your own client authorisation form or complete our Third Party Authority form [PDF].

Please ensure the authority contains the following key information:

  • Members name
  • Date of birth
  • Residential/postal address (recorded with VicSuper)
  • Your businesses details (including company name, AFSL, address, authorised representative’s names & contact details)

The authority must be signed and dated within the six months prior to receipt by VicSuper. We will process your request within five business days. VicSuper does not accept digital signatures.
