At VicSuper we’re committed to providing services for our members to help optimise their retirement outcomes, as well as offering access to services how and when members need them.

With this in mind, we’re excited to launch more functionality for our members accessing VicSuper MembersOnline from their mobile phone.

When logging in to MembersOnline on your mobile, you can now change your investment options or apply for a Term Deposit. Instructions on the screen are easy to read and take you through the process step by step.

Changing investment options
• For VicSuper FutureSavers members, you can now view, check and change your current balance investment allocations and your future contribution nominations.
• For VicSuper Flexible Income members, you can now view, check and change your current balance investment allocations and your income drawdown method.

As you’re securely logged into your own account, your existing investment allocation or income drawdown information appears. This way you can easily see where your funds are invested before you choose to revise your allocations. Additional information is provided to help guide you on the different investment options.

Applying for Term Deposits

• For VicSuper FutureSaver and VicSuper Flexible Income members you can choose to apply for a three, six, nine or 12 month Term Deposit.

Again, as you’re logged into your own account, your personal information is shown. Once you select the nominated amount to be withdrawn from your balance and invested, the maximum levels you’re able to place in each allocation are populated. Additional information is provided to help guide you on your different options.

To take advantage of this new functionality, simply log into MembersOnline from your mobile phone and click on the My Investments section from the menu. If you aren’t currently signed up for VicSuper MembersOnline, simply register today.
