Change in cash contributions process

Please note: 30 June this year falls on a Sunday, so make sure we receive your contributions by Friday 28 June 2013

For the safety and security of our members and staff, there will be a change in the way cash contributions are processed in all VicSuper advice centres. Effective from 1 June 2013 we will no longer be able to receive cash at our VicSuper advice centres.

Instead, you can choose one of four other convenient options for making contributions into your VicSuper account:

  • via BPAY (limited to amounts between $50 and $100,000 per contribution). Please contact the VicSuper Member Centre to find out the biller code and your unique reference number
  • by cheque or money order
  • regular monthly payments via direct debit
  • through your employer.
  • We believe you'll find one of these methods more convenient and safer than carrying sums of cash with you in person.

However, if you still prefer to make your contributions in person, you will need to make the contribution at a Westpac branch using a unique reference code which must be obtained by visiting a VicSuper advice centre prior to making the contribution. The nearest Westpac branches to our advice centres are as below:

    Melbourne: 171 Collins St
    Bendigo: 49 Mitchell St
    Blackburn: 128 South Pde
    Geelong: Tenancy 2, Centro Newcomb
    Traralgon: 24-32 Franklin St

If you have any queries about this change, or to find out more about contributing to VicSuper, please contact our Member Centre on 1300 366 216.
