    Adam - Financial Planning

    Adam manages a local team that services the entire Eastern District of Victoria. Adam sees first-hand how much members appreciate VicSuper having a regional presence, especially when travelling long distances to give members personal advice in remote locations.

    He says there’s not many other super funds that go out and give advice this way, and thinks that the more VicSuper can service the regions, the better.

    Oliver - User Experience 

    Getting to know our members – focus groups, workshops, going out there and speaking with members – all of that informs the design,” says Oliver. “We’re doing what we can to deliver an experience that’s personalised, targeted, suitable for members’ needs, and importantly motivates them and encourages them to take action.”

    Oliver is one of our resident user experience specialists. Every day our members see and experience Oliver’s handiwork through our MembersOnline portal, Beeline tool and VicSuper mobile app.
