Making your employee super contributions is easy. We have a range of payment options to choose from.

Clearing houseClearing house
Use VicSuper's Clearing House to submit super contributions for all of your employees, regardless of their fund.
Note: The Australian Taxation Office (ATO) also offers a clearing house for eligible businesses with 19 or fewer employees or an annual aggregated turnover of less than $10 million.

User-initiated direct debitUser-initiated direct debit
Available only to VicSuper registered employers using VicSuper EmployersOnline, user-initiated direct debit lets you control the date and amount of the payment.

BPAYBPAY
Make a single BPAY payment for all of your employees who are VicSuuper FutureSaver members.
Login to VicSuper EmployersOnline to obtain your single BPAY biller code and reference number.
You can then make your payment in the same way you would make any other BPAY payment.

Electronic Funds TransferElectronic Funds Transfer
Available only to VicSuper registered employers using VicSuper EmployersOnline.

How to supply your contribution details
- Provide your super contributions via a SuperStream method.
- Use the contribution processing facility on VicSuper EmployersOnline
(only available to VicSuper registered employers)
or you may wish to make contributions using the SuperStream compliant option offered by your default super fund.
This applies to all of the above payment options except the small business superannuation clearing house.
