Are your details up-to-date?

To keep you informed about your VicSuper account and any changes in super, it is important that we have your most up-to-date details. If your details have changed, or soon will, please follow the relevant directions outlined below.

Important information for VicSuper Scheme members
Please note that if your employer makes Superannuation Guarantee contributions into your VicSuper account, you should also update any change to your details with your employer, otherwise the details updated on our system may be overridden by information we later receive from your employer.

My name and/or date of birth

VicSuper Scheme and VicSuper Beneficiary Account members
Please put your request in writing to VicSuper at GPO Box 89, Melbourne 3001, and include your VicSuper member number; previous and new name and/or correct date of birth. Please include each member number for multiple accounts.

You must also complete the  Provide proof of identity to VicSuper form (V222) (531KB), and include a certified copy of the relevant proof of identity. See the form for more details.

VicSuper Pension members
Please complete the relevant section of VicSuper's  Change your details VicSuper Commutable Pension and VicSuper Non-Commutable Pension form (V702) (544KB) and include a certified copy of the relevant proof of identity. See the form for more details. To check that your date of birth with VicSuper is correct, please use VicSuper MembersOnline or call VicSuper's Member Centre on toll free 1300 366 216 between 8.30am and 5pm, Monday to Friday.

My address

You can update your address via VicSuper MembersOnline. Alternatively, please call VicSuper's Member Centre on toll free 1300 366 216. VicSuper Pension members can also complete the  Change your details VicSuper Commutable Pension and VicSuper Non-Commutable Pension form (V702) (544KB).

My bank account details (VicSuper Pension members only)

Please complete the relevant section of VicSuper's  Change your details VicSuper Commutable Pension and VicSuper Non-Commutable Pension form (V702) (544KB). Please include a certified copy of the relevant proof of identity and a copy of your bank statement showing your name and bank account details.
