Keeping VicSuper informed
There are three easy ways to keep VicSuper up-to-date with payment and employee details.
Electronically
VicSuper EmployersOnline allows you to:
- complete and submit your contribution payments electronically
- review online payment listings
- register new employees and receive a VicSuper member number on the spot
- check and edit details for existing employees
- advise us of employees who are no longer working for you
- choose the pay period that suits you (fortnightly, monthly or quarterly)
- choose your preferred payment method (direct debit, EFT, BPAY or by cheque).
Using a form
Use the following forms to keep us informed:
Purpose | Name of form |
|---|---|
Advise VicSuper of payments | Advise VicSuper of contributions and new VicSuper Fund members (V105) |
Register new VicSuper Scheme members | Advise VicSuper of contributions and new VicSuper Fund members (V105) |
Update member details or work status | Change of member details (V103) |
Writing your own report
Make sure your report tells us the contribution period and payment breakdown for each employee. It should clearly list the type of contribution, for example Superannuation Guarantee or salary sacrifice.
Where should I send the cheques, forms and reports?
Please call your account consultant if you're not sure which option suits you best. |
