How are your savings invested?

40% of your savings is invested in growth assets (equities). The remaining 60% is invested in cash, fixed interest investments and property.

Investment objective

VicSuper Scheme and VicSuper Beneficiary Account

To earn an investment return of 2.5% per annum (after tax) above the rate of inflation over rolling 10-year periods.

VicSuper Pensions

To earn an investment return of 3.3% per annum above the rate of inflation over rolling 10-year period.

Likelihood of fluctuations in annual investment returns

This option has a moderate probability of experiencing fluctuations in investment returns in any one year.

Note: The higher the likelihood of fluctuations in annual investment returns, the greater the likelihood of negative returns.
