VicSuper offers a no-obligation superannuation advice service to our members. The service is available at no charge and you are welcome to make an appointment with a superannuation adviser any time.

Your VicSuper adviser will help you evaluate your financial situation and, if appropriate, recommend a VicSuper benefit plan and investment option to suit you.

They can talk to you about:

  • your retirement plans
  • your ideal yearly income in retirement and whether you're on track
  • any matter relating to your Emergency Services & State Super (ESSSuper) - Revised, New, SERB or Transport Scheme benefits
  • the insurance options available for a member of VicSuper Scheme or VicSuper Beneficiary Account
  • ways to build your super using VicSuper's benefit plans and a variety of contribution options
  • your risk profile and the VicSuper investment option, or mix of options, that may be best for you
